We are offering small luxury Weddings for up to 20 guests in unique locations.
Packages start at $3,200 and include :
Initial meeting with Planner
Selection of locations with up to 2 hours access
Personalised Ceremony with a Celebrant of your choice
Bouquet & matching Buttonhole
Delicious Wedding Cake to match taste and style.
Bubbles to toast with
If you would like to add additional elements we can help with an arbour for your Ceremony, additional theming and styling, assist with transport and accommodation and recommend a venue and entertainment should you decide to party on.
Complete Wedding Planning
You're engaged and so very happy but slowly the reality of planning the Wedding starts to overwhelm you. You are not alone! When you think about it, how many weddings have you actually planned? This is the perfect time to reach out for help. Lets grab a coffee and chat.
You can both share all your ideas, bring out your Pinterest Boards, wave your arms around, add in a little interpretive dance , whatever it takes for you to convey your perfect Wedding.
With this information we’ll recommend venues that will create the perfect backdrop for your day (or weekend) and tick all the boxes in your wish list.
Once you decide on your venue we’ll take all your ideas and the next time we meet it will be our turn to share images, show samples, options, advise of costings and throw in some interpretive dance moves of our own.
We’ll provide you with a detailed costing covering every aspect of your Wedding and provide a payment schedule. We will recommend service providers to fit your style and budget, manage bookings and payments and schedule deliveries, set up, pack down and pick ups.
Closer to your Wedding day we’ll work with you to create a detailed run sheet which we’ll share with your MC and all relevant parties. So much easier when everyone is on the same page.
We will be the one point of contact for everyone and everything. You really don’t need to know that the toilet paper has run out, that we need more ice, asked where the dust pan is stored or be aware that the caterer is lost and will be just a little late.
We will oversee the set up of every detail of your Wedding day and make sure everything looks exactly the way you want. If there are any hiccups, and there always are a few, we’ll work behind the scenes to find solutions and neither you or your guests will be the wiser.
Every Wedding day is unique and we will constantly be liaising between yourselves, your bridal party, your celebrant, your family, your guests, your photographer, your caterers, your musicians, your venue and your suppliers to tweak timings, cater to last minute requests and adapt to weather conditions so that everything runs seamlessly.
We will stay on until the very end and then make sure everything is packed away, dismantled and picked up. We’ll even collect your Wedding gifts and left over Cake and drop them off to you the next day.
It’s your day and the only thing you need to worry about is celebrating it your way.
On the Day co ordination
This service is ideal if you’ve managed to organise and book the venue and all your suppliers but don’t won’t to be hassled on your big day with the logistics of setting everything up and then managing the day.
Let’s meet over coffee and you can fill us in on everything and everyone you have booked. We’ll arrange to walk through the venue as well, introduce ourselves to your venue contact and you can show us exactly where and how you want everything set up.
We will work with you to create a detailed run sheet and then provide this to each supplier so everyone is on the same page.
On your Wedding day we will oversee the set up of every detail and make sure it all looks exactly the way you wanted. If there are any issues then we’ll work behind the scenes to find solutions and neither you or your guests will be the wiser.
We will be the one point of contact for everyone and everything. You really don’t want to be concerned with anything other than celebrating your day with family and friends.
We will stay until the end of the formalities and then leave you to enjoy the rest of the night.
A little help with planning
“Surely it can’t be too hard”, “We can do this”, “We’re smart people” We’ve already managed to book the Celebrant and we’ve found a Wedding Cake we both love and we’re pretty sure of the venue but there’s so much more to do but we don’t know what?
We can meet with you to find out what you’ve already achieved and create a list (don’t you just love lists ?) detailing what still needs to be done. Then let’s work through it to see what you need help with and what you feel confident achieving yourself.
